How the class looks like?
Every class contain:
Warm up
To prepare your body to physical exercises on the prop
Exercises on a specific prop
Exercises on the chosen requisition, learning elements matched to the participants’ level of advancement
Cooldown
Stretching to the end of the class
When does the school year start and end?
Classes for children are held from 15/09/2019 to 25/06/2020
Classes for adults are held from 20/09/2019 to 30/06/2020<
Then there will be a schedule of summer workshops.

Attention: Apart from learning new elements, classes are aimed at increasing the quality of exercises and developing the creative approach of participants to a given prop. |
How should I prepare to my first class?
Please read the regulations before first class.
You need to take comfortable and skin-tight clothes – for example leggings and t-shirt with sleeves -to protect your armpits (we suggest to wear body). We exercise barefoot.
Please come 15 minutes before your first class to fulfill the necessary documents like : declaration with contact data and to read and sign the regulations. If the participant is underage, for the first class his or her parent/legal guardian is needed.

Is it possible to join the group, which has been already start the classes?
Yes, sure. You can join in every moment to every group, if there is still some empty place.
Can I make up for the reported absence on my group?
According to the School Regulations, reported absence can be make up only on class of other groups with the same prop and age level. You can also make it up during the Open Studio (adults or when getting permission from the instructor). You have 60 days to use this possibility, if your current pass is active.
How can I make up the class?
If your absence is approved to make up (you inform us about that at least 24 hours before class), you can make it on class of other groups with the same prop and age level. You can also make it up during the Open Studio (adults or when getting permission from the instructor). You can check everything in ActiveNow System.
How can I pay for the classes?
The price for the class should be prepaid by:

Where the classes take place?
Static trapeze and aerial hoop classes taking place in localization : Zwycięzców 44. Silks classes taking place in two locations : Zwyciezców 44 and Olbrachta 48/56. Our school is only in Warsaw.
Do we accept MultiSport, FotProfit etc. cards?
No, we don’t have any agreement with companies like that.
Can parents be present during classes?
Due to the safety reasons, parent are ask for waiting for their children in the corridor, in front of the gym. Our experience shows that children can not Focus in 100% on their exercise if the parent are watching them. Our instructors will inform about ‘’ open trainings ‘’, during which parent can watch how it works, and also will invite for the annual shows.
What types of passes we offer?
Our passes specify number of the consecutive classes of the group. The more classes in the pass, the lower the cost per single class. The current amount for the given pass is available under the tab:prices
Mini pass – 4 consecutive classes
Pro pass – 8 consecutive classes
Premium pass– 12 consecutive classes
Pass for 10 entrance during Open Studio (active for 90 days)
Is it possible to pay by card?
No, we don’t have a terminal for card payments, but you can find cash machine close to the both locations.
Is it possible to participate in individual classes?
To take part in individual classes, ask to select the expression for the individual classes in the ActiveNow system. We will contact with you as soon as possible to talk about details.
Is it possible to get invoice for payment?
If we get the information during your payment, we can prepare invoice for you for prepaid pass. We are not able to give you invoice for passes from the past months.
What does it mean that the class has open level?
Classes with open level are dedicated to everyone, no matter what is your level of knowledge of the prop. Those classes are both for beginners and advanced. Our instructor prepare individual exercise program for those who will participate in the class.
How the Open Studio works?
The Open Studio, gives you opportunity to repeat thing that you learn during the classes, make your body stronger and you feel more comfortable working with the prop. We offer place and props for your own training. This is not the class with instructor, but we are always in the gym during this time.
Open Studio in Olbrachta localization is for silks training. In Zwycięzców street you can choose between silks, aerial hoop or static trapeze.
If you make appointment to us before you come, there is also option to use our other props or your own staff.
Attention! For safety reasons, the open studio is only a form of self-training – there is no way to conduct classes on your own during this time.

If you make appointment to us before you come, there is also option to use our other props or your own staff.

Is it possible to participate in single class, without buying the whole pass?
If you want to check if that prop is for you, or you are only for a few days in Warsaw- you can buy single class for the groups where is still empty place. The current price is available under the tab:p>
Do you conduct classes in English?
Yes, our instructors are able to instruct you in English during the class.
What formalities must be completed before the first class?
Before the first class, you must enroll through the online enrollment system and make a payment for the class. If it is necessary for the instructor to bring the child to the after-school classes, please inform by e-mail and ask for the authorization form to pick up the child from the after-school classes.
What if there are no places in the group I want to sign up for?
If there are no vacancies in the group that interests you, we suggest adding you to the reserve list. Please contact us: zapisy@aerialdancestudio.pl. Once place will be free in the group, you will be informed immediately.
What is the limit of places in class?
The limit of places is available in ActiveNow system.
How can I inform you about my absence to keep opportunity to make this class up?
Information about the planned absence should be sent at least 24 hours before the start of the given classes by:

An absence, which will be notified later, is not eligible for making up – the fee for this lesson is also not refunded.

From which age can you start exercising?
In our school, the youngest groups are intended for children from 6 years old
